From its Oxford office, you'll join a well-established Building Surveying team working alongside architects, engineers, planners and project managers, giving you the support of a true multidisciplinary environment without feeling like just another number.

This is a role with genuine breadth. You'll take ownership of a varied workload spanning both professional and project-led Building Surveying services, including:

• Contract Administration and Project Delivery
• Building, Condition and Measured Surveys
• Defect Diagnosis and Technical Reporting
• Dilapidations and Lease Advice
• Party Wall Matters
• Planned Maintenance Programmes
• Refurbishment and Development Projects
• Client Advisory and Estate Consultancy

Alongside delivering quality technical work, you'll become a key figure within the team building client relationships, supporting business development and mentoring junior surveyors as the office continues to grow.
