It is possible that a suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor might fit the bill, particularly where a lack of experience in non-project building surveying skills is o?set by project management/cost, and contract knowledge.

This is a broad Building Surveying role, offering exposure across both professional and project-led work, including:

• Contract Administration
• Building Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Schedules of Condition
• Defect Diagnosis
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Refurbishment and asset improvement projects

The business actively encourages surveyors to broaden their skillset, making it an excellent environment for someone who has previous exposure to cost management or quantity surveying and would like to continue developing that alongside traditional Building Surveying services.
