Manchester is seeing huge investment and regeneration, and this consultancy is right in the middle of it. They're now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in delivering work across the region and beyond.
This isn't a box-ticking role. You'll be trusted to lead instructions, build genuine client relationships and take ownership of projects across commercial, healthcare and education sectors.
What does your day-to-day look like?
You'll operate across both project and professional work - leading on surveys, producing specifications, and administering contracts (JCT/NEC) on a range of schemes. Alongside this, you'll handle core professional instructions including dilapidations, party wall matters, defect analysis and insurance work.
There's also a leadership element here. You'll support junior surveyors, contribute to team growth, and play a part in shaping how projects are delivered.
