We are required by law to conduct simple right to work (RTW) checks before we employ someone, or arrange the employment of someone, in order to make sure the individual is not disqualified from carrying out work by reason of their immigration status.
It's simple. You can meet with us in person with your passport (or other documents demonstrating your right to work) and we will take a copy of it, which we will store on our secure database. We will hold this for two years and then it will be securely destroyed.
If you hold a British or Irish passport, you can complete your verification online through a digital identity verification service. We use Yoti, and it's super quick and easy to complete your check. Just ask your consultant to send you a link.
Otherwise, if you have an immigration status that can be checked online (eVisa, BRP, BRC or FWP) we can do that for you too. We'll just need your "share code".
We check everyone's right to work status. We make no assumptions and we do not discriminate on the basis of colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins, accent, surname or length of time you have been living in the UK. We select our candidates (and employees) on the basis of merit and suitability for the position.
