A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or an APC-level Building Surveyor to join its growing London (SE1) team. This is an opportunity to take on a varied, client-facing role within a collaborative environment that actively supports progression through to chartership.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, education, leisure and healthcare, offering real breadth and exposure to projects from inception through to completion.
Day-to-day:
You’ll be involved in a wide range of building surveying instructions, including carrying out building and measured surveys, ensuring compliance with current building regulations, and supporting or leading on contract administration across maintenance and refurbishment schemes.
You’ll assist with or take ownership of preparing specifications, planning maintenance programmes, analysing building defects, and producing clear technical reports. The role also includes involvement in dilapidations, client advice, and wider project delivery.
Working closely with senior surveyors and the wider team, you’ll gain strong client exposure while developing your technical and professional skillset.
