We are working with a leading consultancy based in Manchester, looking for a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to join their growing team. The consultancy works with major developers and asset managers, specialising in the industrial and commercial sectors across the UK. With a diverse portfolio exceeding 15 million sq. ft and over 800 tenants, they deliver a broad range of services, partnering with institutions, financial partners, and occupiers to achieve exceptional outcomes.
The Role:
This is a senior role offering a balance between client-side responsibilities and consultancy work. As a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director, you will lead a small team of two chartered surveyors, spending around 80% of your time on client-side duties, and 20% on consultancy assignments. The role covers a variety of projects across the UK, including dilapidations, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and project work.
