A superb opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an award-winning boutique consultancy based in the heart of London’s West End. Their client base is both prestigious and diverse, ranging from corporate occupiers and developers to high-profile estates and major UK housebuilders — including The Portman Estate, CLS Holdings and Bellway. The company is led by an entrepreneurial Managing Director and supported by three experienced Directors, with a team of 25 professionals delivering best-in-class building surveying and project management services.
The Role
You will join a collaborative Building Surveying team of five, known for their supportive “one-team” culture. The environment is dynamic yet approachable, ensuring nobody is left to manage responsibilities alone unless they prefer greater autonomy.
You will work across a broad workload covering:
The role offers an approximate 65% project / 35% professional services split, with growing client exposure and the opportunity to take on more commercially focused responsibilities as you progress.
