Salary: £45,000 - £75,000+ DOE

What You'll Be Doing

This is a client-facing position offering real variety and responsibility. You'll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working across sectors including commercial, public, education, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services
• Contract administration and advising on JCT contracts
• Managing projects from concept to completion
• Preparing specifications and technical reports
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Ensuring projects meet commercial, quality, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
• MRICS (or working towards / equivalent experience)
• Strong technical delivery and project management experience
• Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high standards
