Due to continued growth within their London Building Surveying team, they are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor / Associate to play a key role in delivering high-quality instructions across a diverse commercial portfolio.
This position offers a genuine balance between project and professional work, providing exposure to a wide variety of instructions across office, retail, and industrial assets throughout London and the South East.
You will be involved in managing and delivering refurbsihment and redevelopment projects, often acting as Contract Administrator on schemes ranging from asset repositioning and CAT A/B office fit-outs through to larger-scale projects with values up to £30m. Alongside this, you will deliver core professional services including dilapidations (acting for both landlord and tenant), defect diagnosis, technical due diligence and pre-acqusition surveys.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a strong client base, building long-term relationships while contributing to the strategic management and enhancement of property assets. You will also benefit from working within an experienced and supportive team, with clear routes for progression.
