The consultancy is seeking an innovative Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. Working closely with senior surveyors, the successful candidate will deliver outstanding results for clients, focusing on both commercial and high-value residential projects.

You will have the opportunity to work predominantly in the high-end/super prime residential sector, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, funds, and investors to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works
• Knowledge of luxury property and high-quality residential sector
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage contractors and consultants
• Familiarity with H&S legislation and ability to act as Principal Designer when required
• Self-driven with a desire for career growth and networking opportunities
