The Opportunity

A well-established, employee-owned construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Building Surveying team delivering a broad mix of project and professional instructions across sectors including commercial, residential, and public sector.

The team has built a strong reputation for delivering refurbishment and regeneration schemes, alongside technical due diligence, contract administration, and strategic asset advice. With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships, they continue to go from strength to strength.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in both project delivery and client management, taking schemes from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project management and contract administration (JCT)
• Preparing specifications and technical reports
• Managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Delivering high-quality, client-focused surveying services
• Supporting junior team members where required

About You

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
• MRICS (or working towards)
• Consultancy background with strong project delivery experience
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts
• Confident managing workloads, deadlines, and client relationships
• Proactive and commercially aware
