Carriera is proud to be partnering with a highly respected independent Built Environment consultancy to appoint a Project Surveyor / Late APC Building Surveyor into its growing London team.

Where You'll Make Your Mark
This opportunity is heavily project-focused, with the majority of your time spent leading and delivering refurbishment and remediation schemes ranging from £500k to £15m.
You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Lead Consultant, while working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
