This opportunity is centred around delivering real value, with the autonomy to genuinely influence client outcomes.
We’re seeking a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a Central London team acting on behalf of developers and institutional investors. The role is commercially focused, involving the delivery of office refurbishments, cut & carve schemes and larger-scale developments. Your workload will primarily cover Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, alongside Project Management responsibilities.
This position would suit a confident, client-facing surveyor who takes pride in delivering clear, accurate advice and wants their contribution to be recognised and rewarded.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing feasibility and strategic guidance to support client decision-making
• Overseeing projects from inception through to completion
• Administering contracts on smaller works
• Advising on procurement strategies to ensure effective delivery
• Monitoring project performance, progress and risk
• Supporting with dilapidations, TDD and pre-acquisition instructions
