Carriera has been exclusively retained by a well-established property investment and asset management firm to appoint a client-side Building Surveyor as part of its ongoing expansion.
This is a portfolio-led position, providing exposure to asset management strategy, capital projects and investment-driven decision-making across a diverse London portfolio.
What your day-to-day will include:
You’ll take ownership of surveying and project delivery across a diverse mixed-use portfolio, collaborating closely with the in-house Property Management and Investment teams.
The position offers a blend of office-based responsibilities and regular site visits throughout Central and Greater London.
