Senior Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor – Commercial Location: Leeds

Due to continued growth, the Leeds office is seeking an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse commercial portfolio while gaining exposure to significant clients and high-level instructions.

The Opportunity

You will enjoy a varied workload covering both professional and project-led services, including:

• Delivery of core professional building surveying advice across commercial assets
• Project work ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to wider capital expenditure schemes
• Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
• Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants
• Planned preventative maintenance strategies and lifecycle reporting
• Direct client engagement and management of your own instructions
• Work across office, industrial and retail properties
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues across the wider regional network

This role offers hands-on experience, responsibility and direct client exposure from day one.

About You

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• 0–3 years PQE, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Experience across commercial property sectors (office, industrial and/or retail)
• Confident delivering both professional and project-based work
• Client-facing, proactive and technically adept
