Graduate Building Surveyor (APC)

We have an opportunity for a graduate building surveyor with at least 12 months’ experience who is seeking a consultancy offering structured training, a supportive culture, and an excellent reputation in the commercial property sector.

Our client is a well-established property consultancy with offices across the Southeast of England. They specialise in commercial property, providing building surveying and project management, agency, property management, and health & safety services.

The Role

You will work alongside six building surveyors in their Mayfair office, covering a wide range of building surveying services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Contract administration and project management
• Dilapidations
• Pre-acquisition surveys, building surveys, and schedules of condition
• Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
• Party wall matters and expert witness work

Project Examples: You could be involved in refurbishments and fit-outs of office buildings, retail spaces, logistics hubs, and high-end residential developments, as well as technical due diligence for large-scale commercial portfolios.

About You

• RICS-accredited degree with a minimum of 12 months’ consultancy or private practice experience
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Organised, efficient, and able to work effectively within a team
