We have an opportunity for a graduate building surveyor with at least 12 months’ experience who is seeking a consultancy offering structured training, a supportive culture, and an excellent reputation in the commercial property sector.
Our client is a well-established property consultancy with offices across the Southeast of England. They specialise in commercial property, providing building surveying and project management, agency, property management, and health & safety services.
The Role
You will work alongside six building surveyors in their Mayfair office, covering a wide range of building surveying services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Project Examples: You could be involved in refurbishments and fit-outs of office buildings, retail spaces, logistics hubs, and high-end residential developments, as well as technical due diligence for large-scale commercial portfolios.
