Partner-Level Building Surveyor – Leeds

An established multi-disciplinary building consultancy is seeking an experienced Partner-level building surveyor to join their Leeds team. They work on a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, government, and historic sectors, including high-value refurbishments and national portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Building Surveyors, including mentoring and development.
• Oversee client projects, covering contract administration, refurbishment, and professional duties.
• Provide technical advice on planning, building condition surveys, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance.
• Support business growth through client management and professional engagement.

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered with a proven consultancy background.
• Experience managing teams and high-value projects.
• Strong client management, reporting, and commercial awareness.
• Confident and adaptable across a wide range of building surveying disciplines.
