As a senior chartered building surveyor with experience in project management, you'll take charge of a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, confidently managing projects worth over £10 million. While an existing client base is a plus, it is not essential. Your expertise in leading professional teams, delivering exceptional service, and cultivating strong client relationships will be key to your success in this role.
The consultancy serves a broad range of clients, including institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developers, and landed estates throughout the UK, providing a comprehensive suite of building surveying and project management services.
In this leadership role, you'll step into an important position within the firm, succeeding a respected partner. You'll be entrusted with managing key relationships, overseeing a wide range of exciting projects, and playing a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the business.
