I'm working with an established, independently owned property consultancy with a strong reputation across the South East. They're looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join their Crawley team and play a key role in the continued growth of the office.

The role offers a broad mix of professional and project-based building surveying work, alongside the opportunity to lead and develop a small, high-performing team.

You'll work with a varied client base including private clients, developers and investors, while mentoring junior Surveyors and supporting those progressing through their APC.

This isn't a role where you'll spend years waiting for the next rung of the ladder. You'll have the opportunity to play a genuine part in the growth of the Crawley office, develop client relationships, shape the service offering and have a voice in the wider direction of the business.

• MRICS with proven team leadership experience
• Strong experience across both professional and project work
• Commercially minded and confident managing client relationships
• Comfortable mentoring and developing junior Surveyors
