Senior Associate Building Surveyor

Fleet, Hampshire - £70,000+ + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a highly regarded multi-disciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate Building Surveyor to support the continued growth of its Building Consultancy team from its Fleet office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor looking for greater responsibility, strong earning potential and genuine career progression within an established regional consultancy.

The Role

Working closely with the Regional Partner and wider Building Consultancy team, you will deliver a broad range of professional and project-based instructions across commercial and residential property throughout Hampshire, Surrey and the wider South East.

Your work will include:

• Building surveys & pre-acquisition advice

• Technical due diligence & condition surveys

• Dilapidations & schedules of condition

• Contract administration & project management

• Refurbishment & planned maintenance

• Defect diagnosis & technical advice

• Development monitoring & reinstatement cost assessments

• Client management and business development

You will have the autonomy to manage your own instructions and develop existing and new client relationships, while playing an important role in the continued growth of the business.

About You

We are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor at Senior Surveyor, Associate or Senior Associate level with:

• Strong commercial Building Surveying experience

• A good mix of professional and project experience

• Excellent technical and report-writing skills

• Strong client-facing and communication abilities

• A commercially minded approach

• An interest in business development and developing client relationships

• £70,000+ basic salary

• £10,000+ typical bonus
