Salary: £45,000 - £75,000+ DOE

A well-established built asset consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its growing Birmingham team. The details: 

In this role, you'll take ownership of a wide range of building surveying instructions, working across sectors including commercial, education, public sector, and healthcare. Your day-to-day will include leading on project delivery from initial brief through to completion, acting in a contract administration capacity across a variety of schemes, producing detailed specifications, reports, and technical advice, managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What you'll need to be successful: 

Degree in Building Surveying or a related field. MRICS qualified or equivalent experience. Strong background in consultancy-led project delivery. Good understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration. Able to manage workloads across multiple live projects. Commercially aware with a focus on delivering value. Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach.
