A prestigious family office is seeking an MRICS  Building Surveyor to join its in-house property team overseeing a super-prime residential portfolio across Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea.

This is a project-focused role offering direct involvement in high-value refurbishments and developments, with current schemes reaching £15m and a strong pipeline of upcoming works. The position sits within a collaborative, client-focused team that also manages construction delivery in-house.

The opportunity:

• Leading high-end residential refurbishment and development projects
• Managing schemes from feasibility through to completion
• Preparing specifications, scopes of works and technical documentation
• Overseeing procurement and consultant coordination
• Contract administration and project oversight
• Working closely with the internal construction management team
• Ensuring quality, programme and cost objectives are met across super-prime assets

About you:

• MRICS qualified Senior Building Surveyor
• Strong experience delivering high-value residential projects
• Background in super-prime or prime London residential property preferred
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and confident managing consultants and contractors
• A collaborative team player with a no-ego approach
• Comfortable working within a discreet, client-focused family office environment
