This is not just another desk role. You'll contribute to schemes that shape places from modern education facilities to sustainable lodges and cutting edge office refurbishments with responsibility and visibility from day one.
This isn't your standard QS role, you'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, working on high-profile projects from £500k up to £12m.
You'll be working closely with longstanding public and third sector clients, with immediate involvement in projects for Local Government and a national Charity, while also contributing to the wider pipeline in Education, Residential, and PBSA.
You'll be part of a team of 18 professionals, working in a supportive environment with clear opportunities for development, including mentorship from a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor and support toward RICS chartership.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects with prestigious clients, making a tangible impact on the delivery of high-quality developments.
The team delivers projects ranging in value from £1m to over £1b across a broad spectrum of sectors. This role will play a key part in delivering high-profile commercial and office developments, with individual project values reaching up to £500m.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven professional to deliver end-to-end cost management services across a diverse project portfolio, including work with long-standing local government and charitable clients.
