An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is looking to appoint two Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of major schemes across London. These opportunities offer the chance to work on high-profile developments with long-term pipelines and strong client relationships, within a collaborative and growing team environment.

• Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Major Data Centre Fit-Out Scheme (Industrial & Logistics / Engineering & Asset experience preferred)
• Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Large Residential Development, East London

The roles will suit ambitious project management professionals with consultancy experience and strong technical delivery capability, ideally gained on complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or residential projects.

The Role:

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, acting as a key interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and wider stakeholder teams. The successful candidates will play a central role in programme management, contract administration, risk management, and overall project delivery on fast-paced and technically challenging schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project delivery across major construction schemes
• Manage stakeholder communication and client reporting throughout all project stages
• Oversee programme, risk, procurement, and commercial coordination
• Administer contracts and ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, cost, and time objectives
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
• Support junior team members and contribute to wider team growth
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Consultancy-side project management experience
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in site-based delivery environments
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership capabilities
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM preferred
• Experience within Data Centres, Industrial & Logistics, or Residential sectors advantageous depending on role
