Overview

An established building consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its London office. Working alongside experienced project management professionals, you'll help deliver a varied portfolio of commercial and residential developments whilst building strong client relationships and developing your career within a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion
• Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Assisting with procurement and contract administration activities
• Monitoring project risks and programme performance
• Preparing client reports and attending project meetings
• Building strong relationships across project teams

Requirements

• Experience within a construction consultancy, project management or client-side environment
• Exposure to commercial and/or residential developments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of project delivery and construction processes
• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB status, or working towards accreditation, would be beneficial
