A respected construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team. Working across a mix of commercial and residential developments, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and leading consultant and contractor teams throughout the delivery process. Our client is an independent property and construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering project management and building consultancy services across the commercial and residential sectors. The business has established long-standing relationships with developers, investors and private clients through its practical approach, technical expertise and consistent project delivery. Their workload includes new build developments, refurbishments, repositioning projects and complex asset enhancement schemes. The Role

• Key responsibilities include:
• Leading projects from feasibility through to completion
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice
• Coordinating consultant, contractor and stakeholder teams
• Managing programme, risk and budget performance
• Chairing project meetings and preparing client reports
• Supporting junior team members and mentoring where appropriate
• Contributing to business development and client growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience within a project management or construction consultancy environment
• Strong background delivering commercial and/or residential projects
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of project delivery from inception to handover
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working towards accreditation would be advantageous
