This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join one of London's most respected independent property and construction consultancies.

As Associate Project Manager, you'll work directly alongside one of the firm's leading Partners. A grounded, entrepreneurial and highly respected leader, they are known for providing pragmatic advice, understanding what clients genuinely need and delivering honest, commercially focused solutions. This role has been created to become their trusted second-in-command, helping shape the future growth of the team.
You'll enjoy significant autonomy, direct client exposure and the opportunity to influence both projects and the wider business.
The role
This is far more than traditional project management.
You'll become a trusted adviser to clients, overseeing complex programmes, strengthening project governance and ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, confidence and control.
Alongside managing key commissions, you'll provide leadership across the team, mentoring project managers, driving best practice and helping develop the consultancy's project management capability.

You'll already be operating at Senior Project Manager or Associate level within a consultancy environment and enjoy the advisory side of project management just as much as delivery.
