As a Building Surveying Partner, you will:

• Lead and expand the Manchester building surveying offering.
• Manage key client relationships and deliver projects across diverse sectors, including commercial offices, labs, and education.
• Play a pivotal role in the business’s growth, working closely with divisional leaders and inheriting strategic client accounts.
• Step onto a pathway to full equity partnership, shaping the future of a high-performing division.

About the Consultancy

• Well-established UK property consultancy with 600 staff across 9 + offices delivering holistic property, project management, and surveying services.
• Building surveying teams as South as Bristol to Scotland with a culture of collaboration, career progression, and recognition.
• A growing division that is highly profitable and strategically vital, supported by senior partners with extensive sector experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered building surveyor with experience leading teams and managing projects over £10m.
• Commercially focused, ambitious, and ready to expand a new market presence.
• Senior leadership experience, ideally with a client following (beneficial but not essential).
• Ability to influence, innovate, and grow the division in partnership with the senior team.

Package & Benefits

• Salary up to £140,000 DOE with bonus and car allowance.
