Senior Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced chartered building surveyor with a passion for commercial property and client interaction?

Join our dynamic team at a leading property consultancy, where you'll collaborate with a dedicated and traditional building surveying team. In this role, you'll take the lead on projects in Sheffield and the Midlands, working closely with project partners to nurture key relationships. 

Your responsibilities will span a range of areas, including dilapidations, TDD, technical advisory, project monitoring, and project management. From conducting building surveys to providing pre-acquisition advice, you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients, overseeing a small but efficient team.

We're looking for a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with a proven track record in dilapidations and project management. Experience in engaging with private sector clients and handling projects ranging from £1 to £10 million is essential. As you'll be directly interacting with clients, excellent communication skills and the ability to offer concise commercial advice are a must.

• Basic Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + car allowance
