The Opportunity
As a chartered building surveyor, you will manage a wide range of building surveying tasks across various properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces. Your workload will be balanced between project and professional services. You will act as a contract administrator on projects typically valued up to £10 million. Your professional services duties will include defect diagnosis, dilapidations, due diligence, and pre-acquisition surveys.
About You
The successful candidate will be RICS qualified with experience in a consultancy or private practice. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own projects. Ambition, drive, and confidence are essential traits for this role.
