You'll join a dynamic team of specialist and traditional building surveyors, taking charge of leading instructions across the Midlands. You'll collaborate closely with project partners and play a crucial role in managing key relationships within the private sector.
Your workload will include dilapidations, TDD, technical advisory, project monitoring, and project management. You'll also handle building surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and more, becoming your client's trusted advisor while managing a small team.
We're looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience in dilapidations and related project matters. You should have a solid track record with private sector clients and managing projects valued between £1m and £10m. This client-facing role demands confidence in direct client interactions and the ability to provide clear, commercial advice.
