Graduate Building Surveyor – Up to £40,000 + Benefits

Our client is a specialist private-sector building consultancy led by industry experts with a track record of building and running successful UK & European practices. Established in 2017, they have grown to a 20-strong team and deliver £3–4m in turnover, working with some of the most prestigious names in the market—including institutional investors, lenders, leading retail brands, luxury hotel providers, high-net-worth individuals, and occasionally household-name celebrities.

With a strong project bias, this role will give you exposure to a wide range of instructions, including:

• Project management and contract administration
• Technical due diligence
• Project monitoring
• Dilapidations

About you:

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (or related discipline)
• Progressing towards APC and eager to achieve MRICS status
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, driven, and keen to learn from experienced professionals
