Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the position:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all commercial and contractual aspects are managed effectively.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and profitability management.
• Manage contracts, including NEC and JCT, to ensure commercial success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Support team members and foster professional growth through mentorship and leadership.

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years PQS experience in consultancy construction project management.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent, with a clear commitment to achieving chartered status.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cost management software (e.g., CADMeasure, iTWO CostX).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
