I am working with a charismatic consultancy that is seeking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost plans, budgets, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Support senior colleagues with contract administration, valuations, and project reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and fellow consultants to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and commercial advice across multiple schemes.
• Help produce clear, accurate reports and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous consultancy experience advantageous, though not essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good communication skills and a personable approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (QS software knowledge is a plus).
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop professionally.
