I’m partnering with a dynamic and approachable consultancy who are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Leading on cost planning, budget management, and tender documentation.
• Managing contracts, valuations, variations, and financial reporting.
• Providing commercial advice and maintaining close client relationships.
• Overseeing measurement and cost control across multiple projects.
• Supporting junior colleagues while collaborating with senior consultants.
• Producing clear, detailed reports to ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline).
• Proven experience within a consultancy environment, ideally managing projects independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; QS software knowledge is advantageous.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with leadership potential.
