A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join its dynamic Building Consultancy team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded professional to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects and advisory work for an impressive portfolio of clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing the full range of building surveying services, including:

• Project management of refurbishment, fit-out, and reinstatement schemes
• Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
• Defect analysis and building pathology
• Dilapidations and landlord & tenant advice
• Planned maintenance and lifecycle assessments
• Contract administration and specification writing

This position offers exposure to a broad mix of work across commercial, office, retail, and mixed-use assets, working closely with internal teams and blue-chip clients.

About you:

• MRICS qualified with proven post-qualification experience
• Strong technical background with excellent report-writing skills
• Client-focused with a commercial approach to service delivery
• Confident communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple instructions concurrently
