Partner - Building Surveying

A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to establish and grow a new service line in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role, shaping the future of the business in the region with full strategic backing.

The Built Environment division—covering building surveying, project management, architecture, and sustainability—is a core part of the business, generating significant annual revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performing team, securing new business, and delivering exceptional consultancy services across a variety of asset classes. With a clear route to equity partnership, this role offers a competitive package, including a strong base salary, performance-led bonus, 8% pension, car allowance, and healthcare.

Salaries for this position exceed £100,000, depending on experience, industry relationships, and track record.
