Their key sectors are education (Nursery, Early Years, Primary, Secondary, SEN, Academies, Free Schools, Sixth Form) and residential (private / affordable housing, retrofit / refurbishment) projects. They have delivered numerous learning environment projects for schools, colleges, academy trusts, local authorities and dioceses. The Role
You will take charge of major building surveying work, both as project manager and/or contract administrator, across education and residential sectors. The kind of work you’ll do includes:
About you
You should have a solid background in building surveying, ideally with experience in education and residential projects. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple live projects are essential. MRICS status is preferred but not essential—applications are welcome from experienced surveyors who can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering projects independently and to a high standard.
