We're partnering with a forward-thinking building consultancy based in SE1, London, looking to expand their team. The firm advises major clients across mid to high-end residential projects, offering a variety of complex and engaging work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you'll be given real responsibility and supported in your professional development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing dilapidations projects for both landlords and tenants.
• Leading contract administration instructions and monitoring works
• Conducting detailed condition surveys and providing practical advice on building defects.
• Supporting colleagues on technical due diligence, lease advice, and other general surveying matters.
• Building strong client relationships, with autonomy and exposure to high-profile projects.

Who We're Looking For:

• MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor
• Strong technical experience in dilapidations, contract administration and condition surveys.
• Confident in reporting and client engagement.
• Residential-focused experience and a proactive, ambitious approach to professional growth.
