At Carriera, we're working with a highly respected, employee-owned built asset consultancy that is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their successful and growing team in Bristol.

The Role:

• Deliver and lead a variety of building surveying services, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality, health, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior surveyors, share best practice, and support team development.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders, providing expert advice and building long-term relationships.
• Hybrid working arrangement, giving you flexibility to split your time between home and the office.
• Salary dependent on experience (DOE) to reflect your seniority and track record.

   

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline) and MRICS status.
• Strong technical delivery experience and proven leadership in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts and project management expertise.
• Client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
