A highly respected, independently owned property consultancy is seeking a senior-level Building Surveyor to join their London team. This is a senior leadership role within a well-established and expanding business, offering the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm’s Building Consultancy service.

The company is one of the UK’s largest specialist property consultancies, advising an impressive portfolio of institutional investors, funds, and asset managers. Their Building Consultancy division provides a full range of technical and strategic advice across commercial property sectors, from due diligence and project delivery to dilapidations and refurbishment management.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver high-value instructions across commercial property portfolios.
• Advise blue-chip clients on technical due diligence, refurbishment, and asset enhancement strategies.
• Support and mentor a talented team of Building Surveyors within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
• Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and team growth initiatives.
• Work closely with partners across disciplines to deliver integrated consultancy solutions.

About you:

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with extensive post-qualification experience in the commercial sector.
• Strong technical competence across professional and project work.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.
• Commercially astute, with the confidence to lead high-profile client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the drive to contribute to the growth and direction of a market-leading consultancy.
