We're working with a well-established membership organisation with a national estate of leisure destinations across the UK. They are looking to appoint a Development Manager to take ownership of a varied programme of construction and infrastructure projects, helping to maintain, improve and expand a highly regarded network of sites.
This is a client-side role offering genuine project ownership from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors, managing multiple projects across the portfolio and influencing investment decisions that directly impact the customer experience.
The role would suit an experienced Construction Project Manager, Development Manager or consultancy professional looking to move into, or further develop, their career within a client-side environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Principal Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing construction projects from initial feasibility and design development through to delivery and post-completion.
