I'm working with a small but well-regarded project management consultancy based in Oxford that's looking to bring in a Project Manager to support its growing pipeline of work. The business operates across the education, healthcare, and life sciences sectors, delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes. It's a tight-knit team with a strong reputation locally, so this would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients and having real ownership over projects.

They're open to candidates coming from a consultancy background or someone who has developed solid project delivery experience and is ready to step into a more client-facing role.

The role will involve:

• Managing projects from early stages through to completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and design teams
• Monitoring programme, cost, and risk
• Supporting the wider team on multiple schemes where needed

What they're looking for:

• Previous experience in a project management role within construction/property
• Consultancy experience would be ideal, but not essential
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• Organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership
• An interest in sectors such as education, healthcare, or life sciences
