I'm currently supporting a growing construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its project management team in the UK. They are seeking a Project Manager with experience delivering technically complex projects. This could include data centre developments or projects with significant MEP and infrastructure elements, particularly where building systems and specialist services play a major role in delivery.

The role will involve working with established clients on projects that require strong coordination between design teams, contractors and technical specialists.

Key requirements:

• Background working within a construction or project management consultancy
• Experience delivering data centres or technically complex building projects
• Good understanding of projects involving mechanical, electrical or specialist building systems
• Strong stakeholder and project delivery skills
• RICS chartered or working towards would be advantageous
