Director / Partner – Building Surveying

A leading UK real estate advisory is seeking a senior Director or Partner to head its Manchester building surveying team and drive growth across the North West. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected firm with a diverse client base, a robust project pipeline, and a clear pathway to equity.

You will be responsible for leading the Manchester office, developing client relationships, and delivering complex building surveying projects across sectors including science & technology, sustainability, and modern living. You’ll provide strategic direction to the team, oversee major projects, mentor staff, and help shape the business as it expands its presence in the region.

About You
You will be a chartered building surveyor (MRICS preferred) with a strong track record in project delivery, client management, and business development. You’ll have experience managing and developing teams and ideally have held a senior leadership role. Commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business growth are essential. A client following is advantageous but not essential.
