An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading consultancy delivering a major infrastructure project under the NEC form of contract. This prestigious role offers a chance to play a pivotal part in shaping large-scale, high-impact project within the construction and property sector.

The Role:

As a Partner/Commercial Leader, you will oversee and manage the delivery of a complex commission, ensuring all aspects align with the NEC framework. Working closely with a high-performing team, you will be responsible for:

Leading the procurement strategy and implementation.

Managing key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic commercial advice.

Ensuring the delivery of commercial and financial outcomes in line with project objectives.

Supporting pre-contract and post-contract stages, including cost planning, tender evaluations, and risk management.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, at a senior level.

Proven track record of working with the NEC form of contract.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Extensive experience of procurement, negotiations and commercial risk.

In return:

Salary circa £100,000 - £110,000 plus extensive package and bonus
