Who You Are
An Intermediate QS or progressing PQS with solid London project experience.
MRICS-qualified or actively working towards chartership.
Comfortable negotiating with contractors, advising clients, and influencing design teams.
Commercially minded, proactive, and confident under pressure.
Driven to add value, spot cost risks early, and deliver practical solutions that protect budgets and timelines.
