Associate Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, collaborative team in London. You'll deliver quantity surveying services from inception to completion across Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics, and Data Centre projects, typically ranging in value from £5m to £50m. 

The work you'll be doing:

You'll work on a diverse range of high-quality projects, including:

• Residential: Apartment schemes, mixed-use developments, and housing projects
• Commercial: Office fit outs, refurbishments, and new build commercial spaces
• Hotels: Refurbishment and new build hotel schemes
• Industrial & Logistics: Warehousing, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities
• Data Centres: Technical and high-value projects requiring careful cost management

In this role, you'll handle pre- and post-contract duties across JCT and NEC contracts, preparing cost plans, interim valuations, and risk registers. You'll monitor budgets, forecast costs, and provide commercial advice to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Candidate requirements:

• Associate PQS, ideally chartered
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience across JCT and NEC contracts
• Experience managing projects of significant scale, including industrial, logistics, and technical schemes such as data centres
• Commercially minded with excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
