This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving and expanding team in Winchester. You will support senior leadership in identifying, pitching, and winning new projects, lead significant schemes, and play a key role in mentoring junior staff through their APC. Your focus will be on building and property projects, offering both pre- and post-contract expertise. There is a clear pathway to senior leadership for ambitious individuals looking to progress their career within a dynamic and supportive structure.
