Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring proven expertise, confident leadership, and a collaborative approach to a growing consultancy team. You'll be working on a diverse mix of projects - from flagship retail fit-outs to landmark commercial developments - with the chance to take real ownership and make a visible impact. What you'll be doing:

• Taking the lead on multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong and lasting relationships

• Managing and mentoring project teams, supporting the development of junior colleagues

• Overseeing budgets, programmes, and risk management with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

• Driving collaboration across design, contractor, and stakeholder teams

What we're looking for:

• Strong track record of delivering retail and/or commercial projects within a consultancy environment

• Experience working on both fit-out and new build schemes in central London

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders

• Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards it is highly desirable
