The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex schemes under NEC contracts, ideally within the industrial or large-scale commercial sectors.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the delivery of technically challenging and high-profile schemes, with a strong emphasis on NEC contract management. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, cost, and programme. The active pipeline spans infrastructure enhancements, large-scale commercial developments, and complex refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe.
